Think nutrition and fitness

I am blogging everyday and I wanting to know more about what to eat and I think about my health as well. I find out that if you want to burn fat, the best way would be eat breakfast. Yeah burn fat, eat breakfast!

You know I don't really eat breakfast but after reading this post I think its best for me to get started. I remembered my dad always telling me that Breakfast is the King.

I always want to know about how to relieve shoulder pain now I know about it. This post how to relieve shoulder pain is the right one for me. As you know blogging long hours will make you having a bad shoulder pain.

I'm in tune with both these topics! First, I have a bowl of oatmeal w/cinnamon (very good for you!) & blueberries (also very good for you - if you can't find fresh, buy "quick" frozen) almost every day of my life! Yummy ~ and really does fill you up, has good protein (do the 1 1/2 servings), and has HELPED my Choles. level go down - yeah!! Then, this shoulder thing! Yep ~ too much time on computer is not good! Since I have an online boutique and also like blogging ~ I have to really monitor the amount of time I am sitting at computer!! Did 30 sessions at physicala therapy last year - did wonders fopr me and I do some of the STRETCHES ( yes, they really do help people!!) every morning. I'm careful when I go to muscle conditioning class and I don't use heavy weights for some of the shoulder exercises. So, stretch, stretch, stretch and practice good posture!
