Yeah this is the Givenchy nail polish that I have got and with just several times I used it. The cap comes off and cannot be attached to the bottle any more. So you can see how complicate it is when you need to open the bottle and holding the lid to apply the nail polish.
I must say that this nail polish bottle does look nice but only with few applications then it become like the second picture.
