Christmas Cooking Workshop

It's a Double Happiness hands on cooking class that I have attended on last Saturday. Good as I love to eat and it's my first time to attend the Christmas cooking workshop where I learned about what ingredients of alce nero Organic products and Panasonic products. The cooking workshop was held at Cilantro Culinary Academy at USJ, Subang Jaya.

The soup you see below photo is the Christmas Celebration Soup. Alce nero Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Panasonic Cubie is used for this.

Yummy delicious Joyful Christmas dish of chicken breast, with 3 slices cheese and 6 feet long string used for rolled it. Alce nero Organic Raw Honey being used and steam on using the Steam High of Panasonic Cubie Oven. Keep in mind that raw honey only to be use on last step which is pour all over the chicken breast.

Below is the Delicious Organic Fusilli of alce nero in tricolore. Panasonic Cubie is being used for the Steam High for 20 minutes. Alce nero Extra Virgin Olive Oil and alce nero Organic Tomato Sauce with basil to taste for this delicious meal. Hands on cooking experienced for everyone, yeah we can get turn to go for using the Panasonic products. You can find more photos on the Album, click on the link to view them.

Last but not least is the Organic jam tart that we can find in alce nero organic products. 

Panasonic Smart Food Processor is used for making the dough.

Indeed a good time with friends and Patsie Cheong at the Feminine Panasonic Cooking workshop. This we get to know of the products used at the event, and we get to taste on food we have cooked too. Indeed a very good experienced and step by step guide by Patsie Cheong.

Guardian Walkathon 2016 @Putrajaya Wetland

Family and friends early morning walkathon

 It's Malaysia Day 15 September 2016, early morning with my classmate to join the Guardian Walkathon 2016. There's rain in the morning and it didn't stop participants to take part in the walk. Some people using umbrella and also wearing costume at the walkathon. Many participants have bring their umbrella to the event so that they can enjoy the walk together with friends and families.

 They came in groups and as families; young and old, and many came in special national costumes to mark the occasion. As having fun and quality time were part of morning's agenda, the walkathon had two events - the 3-kilometer fun walk and the 5-kilometre fun walk.

Besides the walk, there were more games and a lucky draw for everyone. For the participants, they not only benefitted from a morning of healthy activities but weren't home that their effort benefitted hundreds of oprhans and needy children of fifteen homes.

The winner of the Most Outstanding Costume Competition received Guardian vouchers worth RM1,000. Ten others received consolation prizes of RM100 Guardian vouchers each and a goodie bag. Once again congratulations to the winners.

 In conjunction with the walkathon, Guardian Malaysia donated a total of RM300,000 to 15 homes across the country. Each home received RM20,000. Part of the charity funds came from the Walkathon ticket sales, but the bulk of the RM300,000 came from Guardian Malaysia.

Representatives of three of homes received their cheques from Christina Low, Marketing Director at the prize presentation ceremony. They are from the Rumah Penyayang Ulin Nuha; Pusat Jagaan Kanak-kanak Yatim Muhammad Al-Fateh, Pusat Jagaan Pertubuhan Anak-Anak Yatim Darul Aminan.

Now in it's 7th year, the walkathon has always included a charity element, with funds raised for various different causes.

One of the fun activities at the walkathon is able to feed Chickaboo, look at the video to see my friend feeding it. There's pet food of Chickaboo available for sell to feed the Chickaboo there.

Movie Review: Vacation Movie *18 above only

*Spoiler alert*

Everybody needs time off, so few days ago on Monday. I was being offer by screenbite to bring 9 friends together to watch movie with me. The movie is Vacation, strictly this movie is for age 18 years above only.

This is hilarious movie, it's family events where they every year would be going for a similar place for vacation but this time. Things changes as Rusty Grisworld (Ed Helms) he wants to surprise his wife and children that they are going to his childhood theme park. 

Why would I say this movie is 18 above only? Because the words use in the movie are mostly vulgar languages so not suitable for children to watch. We have a good laugh in this movie from start to the end of the movie. 

How a little brother is bullying his older brother? What are you going to do about it? Yeah this movie has got sibling bullying. The calling names part is the movie quite irritating. 

There's a lesson to learn after watching the movie, it's always pay attention on the road, don't look else where! Not even the car next to your, if you really wants to look or see just for a while not eye contact for such a long time. It creates road accident or death on road. 

Most funny where everyone laughing in the cinema hall would be in the mud bath. Alright I don't want to spoil your mood if you gonna watch this movie.

Sunway Lagoon's first ever Walk & Hunt in the Wild with more than 500 Malaysian's take part. It is Malaysia's premier theme park's very first walkathon infused treasure hunt at the Wildlife Park.

The Sunday morning walk around the Sunway Lagoon, followed by an exciting wildlife-theme treasure hunt challenge together with their teams of 4 to 6 members.

Held for the very first time in Malaysia, the event aims to educate the public about the wildlife as well as promote togetherness among their friends and family members as they go through a host of activities and challenges throughout the first half of the day. 

Before the walk starts, everyone's is getting ready for their position.

Participants are also greeted with a few iconic mascots including Sunway Lagoon's Captain and Lady Quack, Sunway Pyramid's Leo and Leona, Sunway Universities' Samson and Bear, ChiChi & ChaCha as well as Milo's Mascot.

Sweet and Harris, the hosts of Malaysia's leading children's edutainment show, ChiChi & ChaCha as seen on Astro Ceria, also joined in the fun by taking part in the event, who both expressed that it was a fun day out and have learnt new facts about the animals in the Wildlife Park.

Before the treasure hunt start, everyone were brief.

After the walkathon, my family was tired. But I am happy that my friends join me for the treasure hunt. It was a fun day indeed, check out this picture which I like. We touched a snake, which is part of the task we must complete!

Jonny Wong Wei Ji, aged 36, who has named the theme park's new pair of white lions Zola (male) and Zuri (female), which simply meat love and beautiful - both of which a royalty should have, won himself a brand new Samsung Galaxy Note 4 home!

The one-of-a-kind event is a walkathon combined treasure hunt which took place at its very own newly refurbished Wildlife Park. Each participant also received a certificate of participation and they also granted to an all-day access to the theme park for the rest of the day.

It was early so I decided to go for walk in the mall.

LUMIAIR THRILLS AUDIENCE AT PREMIERE NIGHT!

After the day I attended the up-closed and personal with The Mastermind of LumiAir, I have waiting to watch the LumiAir show. If you haven't plan for this December get start now because the LumiAir is available everyday except Monday until 24 December 2014. 

My son loves it so much, he's enjoying the show from the start to the end. Thank you Sunway Lagoon for inviting us for the LumiAir- Gala Premiere!

For the very first time in Malaysia- LumiAir- A Cirque Sensation finally made its much anticipated debut at Amphitheatre, Sunway Lagoon. It is thrilling two hour performance that every enjoy. 

LumiAir - A Cirque Sensation is produced by Susan Porett, who carries with her 20 years of experience in various live shows and theatre entertainment. Her in-dept knowledge of the industry comes from years of travelling the world as both performer and producer. 

The night where everyone is awaiting to watch the LumiAir - A Cirque Sensation. The one of a kind production is set to wow audiences of all ages with an extraordinary cast that is made up of cirque characters, beautiful dancers and breath taking acrobatic performances. Brought to life in an illusion of color and vibrant energy LumiAir is complemented with brilliant costumes, stunning scenery and sate of the art production - a unique treat for the senses unlike any other.

The night with the big ball rolling with help of Jesters and audience, yeah the ball goes to the audience too. It's fun and entertaining night for everyone. 

Photo credit to Miera. Prince of LumiAir, he's mastering the giant Wheel, it's dangerous machine that you are been warn not to try this at home! The moment where we never blink our eyes to watch.. 

Choreographing the entire production is current World Aerobics champion, Anthony Ikin, whose extensive experience ranges from soloist at Paris' Moulin Rounge, to being a choreographic consultant for Gymnastics Australia. For LumiAir, Anthony will combine his expertise with Danielle Winter, a past choreographer for Australia's Got Talent to truly make for a spectacular performance.

Don't worry if you need a break for the restroom, between the show they will have a 15 minutes of break for you to go restroom.
