Empire Subang Hotel:Kitchen Art Brasserie’s Pembuka Sajian Desa Dinner Buffet this festive season from 17th May to 14th June

A festive atmosphere with a feast of Malay traditional cuisine and Chef signature specials is what you can expect at Kitchen Art Brasserie’s Pembuka Sajian Desa Dinner Buffet this festive season from 17th May to 14th June.

Diners and guests will experience the festivity the minute they arrive at the Kitchen Art Brasserie with live music by the Seri Alam Ghazal Band that can be heard throughout Empire Hotel Subang’s lobby on Level 2 where the restaurant is located.

Executive Chef Zuraidi Zulkaflee and his team of Chefs are set to thrill our taste buds with Signature favourites Aromatic Jintan Chicken, Balinese Whole Lamb, Itik Salai Cili Api, Sup Gear Box and Ayam Penyet - featured in its extensive spread throughout the promotional period.
Ayam Penyet
Inspired by the taste of classic Malay cuisine from the states of Malaysia, Kitchen Art Brasserie’s Pembuka Sajian Desa menu aims to offer diners the experience of authentic Malay cuisine. The menu will also feature Classic Malay dishes Nangka Masak Lemak, Ayam Percik Kelantan, Nasi Dagang, Nasi Kerabu, Bubur Lambok, Siput sedut masak lemak bersama Pisang Muda and more in its spreads as well as house favourites Briyani Kambing, Nasi Briyani Gam, Murtabak and Satay. The menu will also be rotated to provide variety for diners throughout the period.

Over the past few years, Kitchen Art Brasserie gained popularity for its Sup Gearbox – a not to be missed dish every year during this festive period. Sup Gear Box is made with large chunks of beef bones cooked in a broth with spices in a slow boil process that tenderizes the meat releasing its natural beefy flavour to infuse with the broth’s spices and herbs. Diners eating Sup Gearbox can often be seen using a straw to enjoy the juicy goodness from the tastiest, ‘difficult-to-reach’ hollow parts of the bones.

This year will see new additions – Aromatic Jintan Chicken and Itik Salai Cili Api to its list of signature specials. Aromatic Jintan Chicken, a mildly spicy chicken dish cooked in aromatic spices and chili paste is a relatively new dish that has only recently been regularly featured at Kitchen Art Brasserie and has fast become a favourite. Itik Salai Cili Api, another signature favourite featured in the Pembuka Sajian Desa menu is a classic Malay dish originating from Negeri Sembilan.

For those with a sweet tooth, an irresistible array of local favourites Kuih Lompang, Kuih Seri Muka, Kuih Wajid, Lepat Ubi, Pulut Inti Kelapa are among sweet treats included in its desserts spread.
