Laura Mercier and Bio-Essence

Yesterday check the mail box and saw two letters, and found out that my dear and I won a prize. I won Laura Mercier products worth RM214. On the other hand my dear won Bio-Essence ATP V Face products worth RM281.60. My dear won from Her World Nov, 2010 magazine contest. Mine is Her World

The redemption period is from 21 Feb to 21 March, 2011. I need to go collect the prize along with a copy of IC and the letters.

This post was written on Wednesday somehow something wrong unable to post up so just to update I manage to redeem the prize on the day itself. :D

Old newspaper and magazines

How do you get rid old newspaper and magazines at home? Over here they will be a lorry passing by the housing areas. My friend lives at the apartment she told me that she needs to call them to pick up always. She is living on the fourth floor of the apartment so she mention to me so the lorry will be at the balcony to fetch the old newspapers.

It is interesting to read and find out updates everyday from newspaper and magazines. Do you prefer to purchase them or read them online? I see now many offline contests you can choose using mobile phone to send sms to enter contest. Some still provides you the contests form to take part.

Now the letter postage is 60 cents and post card is 30 cents.

Kinohimitsu J'pan BustUp Drink

I think I got lucky in an offline contest, I redeem it right after I got the letter. I even call them up to check if I can go on the same day! Well for the first time I am going to try this out and I had a bottle last night. The pack is value at MYR$89.90.

The taste is plum juice, if you don't like plum you won't want to take this!

Edit: the taste is prune juice!

Not sure if this going to work but it is worth a try!

Etsu Hamper Winners or Etsu Voucher Winners beware!

Today was my lucky day because I get to go Black Decker to get my machine worked! Next door is the JA Beauty company which I have no idea at all. First there is no sign board on top the shop! There is a white board, so you have no idea it is Etsu. I did not go next door so I have no idea that is Etsu, I got to call them to find out.

As I mention before that I won Etsu Hamper as consolation prize which stated in the letter. But when I was there I was told its only RM$50 discount voucher! Guess what? The vouhcer cannot be use any where but at the shop itself! That is crazy and guesses who is going to be that free to shop there.

I think they are not honest in what they mention in the letter. If there is a mistake they should correct it before sending out to Winners. Winners of Etsu Hamper or Etsu Voucher read carefully and make sure you flipped back the magazine to check whether you won is voucher or hamper!

There is a big difference between voucher and hamper! Thank goodness that I am there to get my Black Decker repair or H*LL I am going there just to get a voucher where I need to spend money to use it.

Goodies from Dutch Lady

Yeah later I am going to Post Office because post man has not send the courier item to me. I am here all day long and not seen any Pos Laju somehow they manage to put the slip there without anyone knowing.

I do not understand why they do not send the package one way but they do it three times. Yesterday I got another parcel from Dutch Lady, it contains a t-shirt and tupperware. I have a strong sense that this slip I get its from Dutch Lady too.

No Etsu for me!

I won this Etsu $50 worth of hamper products. Looks like I am not going there at all as I do not know how to go. $50 is valid as RM not USD.

If I am going to call a cab it will probably cost me $30 for one way and not yet count for coming back. That is what happened the other day when I go collect the Prize I won.

Etsu Hamper or Etsu Voucher

Last September I took part in an offline contest. As I know the consolation Prize is $50 voucher but stated in the letter is it $50 hamper of Etsu Prize. There were 100 winners for the consolation Prize. I will need to call them to find out.

At the moment it is lunch time so they are not around at the office. I will need to call after 2 pm. If it is going to be voucher I am not going to take as you need to spend more than just using the voucher.

Sothy's Cellu-guard Sun Care

Yeah Eli has helped me to pick up the Prize that I won. Yeah Sothy's Cell-guard Sun Care is with me and I will start to use it soon.

The weather is hot and the wind is warm. It is not the good time to go out as you will surely get burn! Burning feel on your skin, I am bet you do not like that.

It is the best time to dry your clothes though. I do not have balcony or else I will be putting them out. But they are hanging out side right now. Neighbor will hang them by the fence.

I won Sothy's Cellu-guard Sun Care

Yeah I remembered that I bought this Marie Claire Magazine in Sept 2008. Today, I have got a letter from them saying that I have won the Sothy's Cellu-guard Sun Care. Yay! I am so happy.

I seldom won in offline contest, I guess its worth a try since I bought the magazine. I have no idea that this 50ml of product is worth $239.

A piece of Sun-sentitive Areas High Protection SPF30 50 ml will be mine. I just need to collect it or send them $15 for courier service.

Money term here is in Ringgit Malaysia.
