Looking for kitchen remodeling

My friends love cooking, they are looking for kitchen remodeling. Since they are busy with working and seldom have time to go check out on kitchen remodeling, with internet access they can check online for quick kitchen renovations. I visited the website and find the website user friendly and easy to browse.

This website is where they can find the contractor services. I am not sure if they need the full kitchen remodel or partial kitchen remodel as I know they love cooking and they need bigger space for the kitchen perhaps they are looking for outdoor kitchen for their home.

I know cooking needs time so it's important you have enough space of cooking. You don't want to narrow yourself in a small space of kitchen cooking for your loved ones.

When my friends are looking for home, one of the important place they would look into is the kitchen. I know kitchen is the place when you spend time cooking and preparing meals.

Recipe Golden Churn Kaya & Coconut Cream Puff

Golden Churn Kaya & Coconut Cream Puff

Ingredients:

250g Water
5g Sugar
100g Golden Churn Butter
150g Plain flour
4 eggs
2 egg yolks
230g whipping cream
100g kaya
½ cup desiccated coconut
3 tbsp Golden Churn Butter, melted


Method - Cream Puff:

1. Preheat oven to 200⁰C.
2. Place water, sugar and butter in a pot and bring to boil.
3. Remove from heat and add in the flour. Stir with a wooden spoon until combined.
4. Return to the heat and stir constantly until the dough comes away from the side of the pot and form a smooth ball.
5. Transfer the dough into a mixer and beat with the paddle attachment to release the steam for about 3 minutes.
6. Once the dough is lukewarm, add the 4 eggs gradually and beat until a smooth and thick paste is formed.
7. Pipe the paste on a baking sheet and brush the top with a lightly beaten egg yolk using a pastry brush.
8. Bake for 15 minutes at 200⁰C then bring it down to 170⁰C for a further 30 minutes.


Method - Filling:

1. Whip cream until stiff peak and pipe a doughnut shape inside the cooled cream puff.
2. Pipe the kaya in the middle of the whipped cream.
3. Brush melted butter on top of the cream puff then sprinkle the desiccated coconut over it.

Golden Churn Puff Krim Kaya & Kelapa

Bahan-bahan:

250gram Air
5gram Gula
100gram Golden Churn Butter
150gram Tepung gandum
4 telur
2 kuning telur
230gram krim whipping
100gram kaya
½ cawan kelapa parut kering
3 sudu besar Mentega Golden Churn, cairkan


Cara-cara membuat Puff Krim:

1. Panaskan ketuhar kepada 200⁰C.
2. Masukkan air, gula dan Mentega Golden Churn ke dalam periuk dan masak sehingga mendidih.
3. Apabila sudah mendidih, tutupkan api dan masukkan tepung gandum. Gaul sehingga sebati dengan senduk kayu.
4. Panaskan semula periuk, teruskkan memasak dan gaul sebati sehingga ia tidak melekat pada periuk dan menjadi satu kepingan bulat yang rata.
5. Pindahkan doh ke dalam mesin pengadun (mixer) dan pukul dengan "paddle attachment" untuk keluarkan stim selama 3 minit.
6. Setelah doh menjadi suam, masukkan 4 telur satu demi satu dan pukul sehingga mejadi pes yang rata dan pekat.
7. Paipkan pes ke atas kertas kalis minyak (baking paper) dan sapukan bahagian atas dengan kuning telur yang telah dipukul ringan.
8. Bakar pada suhu 200⁰C selama 15 minit dan kemudian rendahkan suhu kepada 170 ⁰C, bakar selama 30 minit.


Cara-cara membuat inti:


1. Putarkan krim sehingga menjadi foam kental dan paipkan krim berbentuk donut dalam puff krim yang telah sejuk.
2. Paipkan kaya di bahagian tengah krim yang telah disediakan.
3. Sapukkan Mentega Golden Churn yang telah dicairkan ke bahagian atas puff krim dan taburkkan kelapa parut kering ke atas ia.

Recipe Spiced Marbled Moist Butter Cake


Spiced Marbled Moist Butter Cake


220g Golden Churn Butter
4 Eggs
45g Caster sugar
145g Caster sugar
190g Plain flour
10g Cocoa powder
2 tsp Baking powder
65 ml Milk
1 tsp Vanilla essence
½ tsp Nutmeg powder
½ tsp Cinnamon powder


Method


1. Preheat the oven to 180⁰C.
2. Separate the eggs and place the egg whites in a mixer. Set aside the yolks.
3. Beat the egg whites, gradually adding the 45g sugar and continue to beat until stiff peak.
4. In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and 145g sugar, then stir in the vanilla essence.
5. Add the egg yolks one at a time and beat until all the yolks are well incorporated.
6. In a separate bowl, mix together the baking powder and flour. Pour half of the flour mixture into the batter and gradually add in the milk. Beat until mixture is smooth then fold in the remaining flour.
7. Add in half of the egg white mixture (meringue) and mix well.
8. Next, fold in the other half of the meringue and gently mix to combine.
9. Once the batter is ready, separate ¼ of the batter into a separate bowl and fold in the cocoa powder, nutmeg and cinnamon powder. Mix Well.
10. Pour the remaining¾ batter into the cake tin followed by the ¼ portion of spiced batter on top. Use a knife to gently cut the desired pattern on the surface and bake for 50 minutes or until cooked.

Golden Churn Butter Kek Marble Mentega Lembap Berempah

220gram Mentega Golden Churn
4 Telur
45gram Gula kastor
145gram Gula kastor
190gram Tepung gandum
10gram Serbuk coklat
2 sudu teh Serbuk penaik
65 ml Susu
1 sudu teh Esen vanilla
½ sudu teh Serbuk buah pala (nutmeg powder)
½ sudu teh Serbuk kayu manis (cinnamon powder)




1. Panaskan ketuhar pada suhu 180⁰C.
2. Asingkan telur dan masukkan putih telur ke dalam mesin pengadun (mixer). Kuning telur ketepikan.
3. Pukul putih telur, masukkan 45g gula kastor perlahan-lahandan pukul sehingga kembang menjadi foam kental (meringue).
4. Dalam mangkuk yang berasingan, pukul Mentega Golden Churn dan 145g gula kastor, masukkan esen vanilla.
5. Masukkan kesemua kuning telur dan pukul sehingga semua kuning telur campur sebati.
6. Dalam mangkuk yang berasingan, campurkan serbuk penaik dan tepung gandum. Tuangkan separuh campuran tepung ke dalam adunan dan masukkan susu perlahan-lahan. Pukul sehinnga sebati. Masukkan kesemua tepung yang tinggal.
7. Masukkan separuh campuran putih telur (meringue) dan gaul sehingga sebati.
8. Kemudian, masukkan spearuh campuran putig telur (meringue) yang tinggal dan gaul sehingga sebati.
9. Apabila adunan sudah siap, asingkan ¼ adunan ke dalam mangkuk yang berasingan. Masukkan serbuk coklat, serbuk buak pala dan serbuk kayu manis. Gaul sehingga sebati.
10. Tuangkan ¾ adunan yang tinggal ke dalam loyang diikuti ¼ adunan yanng berempah di atas. Dengan pisau, potong permukaan adunan dengan ringan mengikut corak yang disukai. Bakar kek selama 50 minit atau sehingga masak.
