Ikano Kampung Style: Selamat Hari Raya

We head to Ikano earlier of August, there is kampung style theme that you can never miss out. We parked at Ikea which is my dear's favourite spot! I am sure you know sometimes difficult to find parking during the weekend. We have to wait and be patience to wait for parking.

My son couldn't resist the beautiful kampung style, he loves the octopus just look at him! The sandals he is wearing I have threw them away since it is broken, I don't like keeping broken shoes at home.

He plays pretending to row the boat, well he knows it is sampan!

 This afternoon I will head to One Utama, I have not been there for several years. I first need to go uptown two, I am going by taxi since I don't know the route well. My dear likes to go Ikea but not One Utama because very difficult to find parking.

Tonight I am going to watch Paranorman at GSC One Utama, will be my first time to see movie there. My friend will meet up with me after work. I hope to reach there before 5pm because of jam.

Looks like I need to inform the radio taxi that I go uptown first then to One Utama. What's your plan for today? The advance screening of Paranorman at Midvalley tonight have pass on to my dear colleagues to see since there is no winner. I hope the guys enjoy the movie. I try to win tickets see Expendable 2 but no luck! 

Shop for Bata shoes

Good morning everyone, what's your plan for today? It is almost noon, yesterday I was at Midvalley I found good deal shopping for Bata shoes at Midvalley Convention Centre. First I saw the sport shoes for my dear at Aeon RM49.90, then I head to Mivalley Convention Centre there are Health, Wedding fair at Convention Centre you cannot miss out the Bata shoes fair there.

The Bata sports shoes RM20 a pair and if purchase two pairs get one pair free. Just nice for my dear, my sister in law and me. I am happy to meet up with my friend Theresa I have not seen her for three years, I remembered her having long curly hair. She cut her hair shorter and no more curly.

My dear, sister in law with my kids come to Midvalley around 6pm. We have dinner at Esquire Kitchen after shopping for the Bata shoes. For the first time we bought so many pair of shoes. You still can make it as the sales end at 10pm. I saw so many gal shoes so pretty!

Watch The Dark Knight Rises with my son

Today is a wonderful day, I received two movie tickets to watch The Dark Kinght Rises. I choose to bring my son to watch this movie. I check the time the movie available to watch at 3.40pm at The Summit USJ. The movie at Hall 1 and GSC cinema is really cold for us. It is our second time to watch the movie together. Our first movie at GSC the summit USJ is The Amazing Spiderman.

The movie ticket for one person is rm7, I purchased one small pop corn rm4.30. The Hall 1 is not far away from the rest rooms. The Dark Knight Rises is a must watch movie if you like to watch Batman. I enjoy watching this movie from the start to the end, I thought Batman dies in the end but hey hero never dies right?

There is no Joker in this movie but there is a Bane the a new terrorist leader. He has a mask too but the mask is not covering his eyes but his mouth. Bane is strong he is good in fighting with Batman.

Do you swear while driving?

Nowadays I see many cars on the road, what do you do in the car while driving besides listening to music. Sometime when you are in hurry and the car infront of you driving so slow in the middle land what would you do?

The other day I seen a driver coming down the car challenge another driver asking the driver to come down from the car. The car stopped during the red traffic light and when the green lights on he got back into his car to drive off.

I remembered my last visit to India, when one car is going to take over another they would honk another car infront to let them know that they are taking over. I know we don't practice that here nobody likes to be honk early in the morning or any time. But giving a honk will gives the person alert, some drivers feel sleepy while driving they don't even notice so you need to honk them. Once my dad told me lucky the driver honk him, he was indeed feeling sleepy long distance that time.

Anyway I like to listen to radio while driving, I will play the song that doesn't bored me or make me yawn.

Loccitane shower oil

Tomorrow is last day of July, I have purchased the magazine and earlier this month I went to Sunway Pyramid to redeem the freebie of Loccitane. I like the shower oil very much, it smell very good and my restroom smell good too. I want to save money to purchase the shower oil.

Did you manage redeem the freebie? I was told that Female Magazine and Nuyou are out of stock for the freebie and the only available is the EH! Magazine. They have limited stock on freebies because they have spread the freebies in the outlets.

Do you check hair care product expiry date?

Let me know if you check out the hair care product of the expiry date, shampoo and conditioner usually have stamped the expiry date at the bottom of the bottle or at the back of the bottle.

My friend told me that whenever she purchased the product, she will check on them. She checks the product expiry no matter the product is on sale or not. I have several hair care product, the expiry date of the product mostly in 2013.

I usually check on the expiry date and used them before it is expired.

Now they are so many brand of hair care product, do you purchase them to try?

Do you use the expiry product or throw them away? What can you do with expiry hair care product?

I know it is good to purchase during sales, I find most item will be near expiry so better check their expiry date before purchase. You don't want to purchase the product that you end up not using it.
