Ingredients
- Red snapper (diced) 500 gm
- Green papapya (diced) 500gm
- Ginger (sliced) 10 slices
- Garlic 6 cloves
- Spring Onion (Sliced) 3 stalks
- Salt To taste
- Pepper power To taste
- Water 1 litre
- Kei Chi 5gm
Mehod:
- Remove bone from red snapper
- Prepare the fish stock using fish bone, ginger, garlic and spring onion. Next strain the stock
- Pour the fish stock into a clean pot
- Blanch the green papaya in hot water for 5 minutes. Then strain the blanched papaya
- Put all ingredients into the pot with fish stock
- Simmer the soup with small fire
- The soup is read to be served
